Drove through here on way to Les Baux and this was a gem. They had a 3 course menu (choose a starter, main, and dessert). It was all so good. Highly recommend the egg in mushroom cream appetizer, the filet with potatoes dauphinoise, the scorpion fish, pear dessert and crème brûlée. Seriously the biggest crème brûlée I’ve ever had. Then they give you coffee meringues at the end.
Delightful evening meal here on a rainy May 1st. The fixed menu of three courses ( 44 Eu) was the only choice but served us well. I had a really well prepared cod steak with seasonal veg and a delicious smoky broth and my friends had tender, local lamb shoulder, which had a herb crust and rolled, with crushed potato. Deserts were also a delight. Good service, quite informal but easy, good ambience. Wine by the glass can be ordered at the table but bottles have to be chosen from the ‘cellar’. The restaurant was recommended to me by a local resident.
amazing classic french food, sweet outside courtyard dining. however waiters were on the slower side and kept forgetting our drinks etc.
We had new years eve at Aux Ateliers and it was a wonderful experience. We had a 7 course menu with wine pairing. The indoor rooms are well decorated and a pianist was playing throughout the night. The gambas ravioli were excellent, if they ever propose them during a "normal" meal I'd recommend them. In between the 7 course tasting menu we were offered a typical 'trou normand'. Personally, for someone who's not used to it, the cold fresh taste of trou normand midmeal was a bit shocking for my stomach, i wouldnt try it again. Still, it is a french tradition and we were glad to follow "the instructions"..! The price was slightly pumped for new years eve, that's acceptable as long as they don't profit too much of it. We would love to go back during spring or summer to enjoy the beautiful outdoor terrace, maybe during one of their "famous" brunches. Thanks to Franck et Flo
A lovely outdoor dinning area and really great staff. When choosing a wine, you don’t just have a menu, you are invited to their cellar to choose a bottle. I’ve given it 4 stars as whilst the food was very nice I don’t feel it was 5 stars for the price. The Farcie ( not sure of the spelling..) starter was served in small peppers which were watery and the Tartar was nice but again not special. We had a lovely evening but felt sadly it wasn’t worth 140€ for 2 of us
Extremely enjoyable evening. Fred is the GOAT (and a great photographer)! Great staff, tunes, and of course, food…
The best Menu I ever had in a restaurant. Trop deliceux!
Excellent friendly outdoor/patio dinner. Wine cellar is a special treat. Staff is very welcoming and enthusiastic. Lamb pairing with the Chateauneuf du Pape was just delicious. Highly recommended on all counts, an excellent dining experience all around.
